INGREDIENTS:
2 large boiled eggs peeled, cut in half
1 halved avocado seeded
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Using a sharp knife, slice the peeled egg lengthwise. Gently remove the cooked yolks and place them in a small mixing bowl. Place the hard-boiled halves on a plate.
2) Add avocado, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper(optional) to a small mixing bowl. Using a fork, mash up the yolks and avocado until it turns into a smooth consistency.
3) Simply spoon the mixture into egg white halves. Then top them off with everything but the bagel seasoning if desired. Enjoy!
