Wear clothing that is comfortable for you. This is imperative. As well as makeup, you may want to go cold turkey on the clothes you just don’t enjoy wearing. It doesn’t matter if something is fashionable or not, because if you don't feel good about it, then what’s the point? If you can do this, you may find that you can let things go and start to focus on your truer self instead of trying to spend all of your time keeping up with the latest fashion trends. That being said, if those Rolex watches for sale or that cute purse you spotted will help you to feel more comfortable, there is nothing wrong with wearing something that gives you a boost either.
