Does Arby's have vegan options? The answer is YES.

Arby’s is a fast-food restaurant that has a meat-heavy menu. However, their side dishes are gaining popularity because of their vegan food and vegetarian options. Although Arby’s doesn’t offer any main course type of dishes, there are still many tasty vegan options on their menu. We especially LOVE their sweet cherry turnovers and delicious French fries.

Arby’s Homestyle Fries

WHY WE LOVE IT:

You can never go wrong with classic straight-cut French fries. In our opinion, these are indeed the best fast-food fries. They are made produced with potato starch & rice flour and fried in vegetable oil. Arby’s homestyle fries have a crunch that can’t be defeated!

Sweet Potato Waffle Fries

WHY WE LOVE IT:

Arby’s Sweet Potato Waffle fries are cut into crisscross waffle shapes, which we are very obsessed with! These crispy sweet potatoes are cooked with vegetable oil and are lightly seasoned. Made with sweet potatoes, this side dish is vegan-friendly and is considered a “special item.

Arby’s Curly Fries

WHY WE LOVE IT:

The delicious Curly Fries are made with yellow cornmeal, enriched wheat flour, and modified corn starch and prepared in vegetable oil (a mixture of palm oil, corn oil, sunflower oil, canola oil, soybean oil, and cottonseed oil). Also, they are naturally flavored with garlic powder, garlic powder, and other savory spices. We suggest dipping these in Arby’s Sauce, which is completely vegan!

Allergen Information: Made with wheat

Salad Side Dish

WHY WE LOVE IT:

At Arby’s, you can grab a tasty chopped side salad that contains iceberg lettuce and other condiments. Because this salad option comes with cheddar cheese, it’s vital to make sure you tell them to prepare the salad without it. We recommend balsamic vinaigrette to drizzle over the top!

Vegan Sauces

WHY WE LOVE IT:

Arby’s sauce is completely vegan and can complement any of Arby’s fries. The good news is that it’s not the only vegan sauce at Arby’s.

  • Smoky Q Sauce

  • Bronco Berry Sauce

  • Ketchup

  • Red Ranch Sauce

  • Marinara Sauce (Not Robust Marinara)

Apple Sauce

WHY WE LOVE IT:

If you are looking for a light, tasty treat, then a tree top applesauce is perfect for you. This is 100% natural and made with real fruit. We recommend pairing it with a side of crispy curly fries. Not only do kids love this well-balanced snack, but we do too!

Arby’s Potato Cakes

WHY WE LOVE IT:

We enjoy a meal that is simple but tasty as well. Arby’s Potato Cakes can be eaten for breakfast or can be a side dish. Although these are not produced with animal products, it’s essential to be aware that cross contamination can occur during cooking because they are fried in the same oil as products containing non-vegan ingredients.

Even though Arby’s has limited vegan options, we certainly still recommend Arby’s as a vegan-friendly restaurant to try.  Let us know if you tried any of these foods at your local Arby location!
