How often do you walk with a stoop? How much pressure are you putting on your back by hunching when you sit? When you choose to walk tall, you choose to look after your posture and feel great inside. Keeping your body straight and watching your posture isn't easy after a lifetime of slumping over, but it’s something that you must-do if you want to walk tall and embody grace and beauty.
02. Manners Cost Nothing
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, someone once said. However, a rude and nasty person can have a physically attractive face and yet not look beautiful. Your manners cost nothing, so if someone compliments you, don't argue. Have some grace, and say thank you. Morph back into a child, and tell them you KNOW you look beautiful.
