Clear skin anyone? Everyone wants to have that skin that is healthy and clearer. I know this is something I personally struggle with on a daily basis. It feels as though I tried everything in the book.

*Changed my diet? CHECK.
*Switched out my skin care products? CHECK.
*Drink enough water? CHECK.
*Wash bedding sheets & pillowcases. CHECK.


Recently I discovered Kaice Alea on YouTube and I began to envy her skin. I was very grateful and excited that I found her video of her smoothie recipe for healthy & clear glowing skin. I was very inspired and decided to create a recipe that correlated with hers. I did a few tweaks and added + got rid of some ingredients based on my preferences.
